WLPA series low noise power amplifiers have super low noise
with exceptional linearity. Besides offering very low noise figure and wide bandwidth,
the amplifiers have high linearity with unconditional stable design. The noise figures
are from 0.50 dB to 1.20 dB and IP3 from 40 dBm to over 60 dBm.The amplifiers cover the
frequency bands of Cellular, GSM, DCS, PCS, 3G, MMDS, and wireless LAN. The alarm capabilities
include Branch 1 and Branch 2 alarms, Soft Failure alarm, Hard Failure alarm, Soft alarm Open-Collector,
and Hard alarm Open-Collector.
Some models are available in the PCB form (without housing) and thus more cost effective
